I’m Shantall, Your guide to coming home to yourself.

Guided journals, coaching, online courses and resources that help women unlearn the conditioning that taught us to shrink.

My Background:

I’m a Writer, Educator and Coach specializing in Transformational Life Changes.

My path has woven together over 15 years of experience in coaching, content creation, writing and education and I've spent the last 5 years in deep healing work that has been nothing short of transformational.

I hold two Masters degrees, wrote a successful parenting blog and I've spent over a decade teaching, coaching, and supporting women and students through growth and change. The last five years have been my own deep healing work, the kind that strips away who you were told to be and returns you to who you actually are. Everything I create now lives at that intersection of lived experience and craft: the belief that real transformation isn't about fixing yourself, it's about unlearning what was never yours to carry.

How I got here…

For most of my life, I believed that being a good woman meant making myself smaller.

Then my marriage ended and the divorce became the mirror I'd been avoiding. For the first time, I stopped asking what I'd done wrong and started asking the harder questions: How did I get here? What would I need to change so I'd never end up here again? And what would I tell the younger woman I used to be- the one who didn't yet know she was allowed to want more, to take up space, to leave?

The answers cracked me open. Rebuilding myself from the inside out has been the most painful and most freeing work of my life. Raised by Rebellion is everything I wish that younger woman had: a hand to hold while you remember that your worth was never up for negotiation and that it's never too late to come home to yourself.

Peek Into My World…

  • Recovering Rule Follower: I love pushing myself to keep expanding and evolving- creating a life beyond the list of things that I “should” do.

  • Forever a Reader: You can find me devouring inspirational authors like bell hooks or curled up on the beach with a great rom com.

  • Mom Life: Adventures, game nights, hiking and all types of connection with my 3 boys. I love my babies with a fierceness, and they always inspire me to keep going.

  • Dancing: I can dance for hours and hours- nothing calms my mind after a busy day better than dancing. I especially love bachata, salsa and merengue.

  • Two Cultures, One Heart: Being an immigrant and Dominican taught me how to love “not fitting in”, how beautiful it is to be of many places.

  • Travel as Often as Possible: I love traveling all over Latin America. It always feels like coming home when I taste the food, see the bright colored houses or hear the music throughout the streets.
